What I did like about the property was how it was priced for a one-night stay during the weekend, having been priced at $63.41 which included my genius-level discounts through Booking.com and local state taxes. A microwave and refrigerator are provided along with a mounted flatscreen television in case the guest(s) ha/s/ve a desire to watch their programmes. The king-size bed was plush and -of course- spacious; the bathroom was clean and modest. As is customary, a refundable $100 deposit is required which is either accepted in cash or as a hold on a credit card; check-in/out was simply efficient! All in all, if you respect the property, the property will respect you, so mind your manners by having some decorum...

Yes, you do have to give a deposit fee of $100 at first i was confuesd and pissed about it and didnt understand why but they explained it to me, drug addicts etc go in the rooms they make a mess, and damage the rooms etc if you guys wanna get ur money back DONT MAKE A MESS IN THE ROOM, DONT SMOKE and do nasty shit in there FOLLOW THE DAMN RULES!!!!!! Once it's time to check out, do it exactly before 11 a.m., tho because otherwise you won't get the refund. But you will get your money back at checkout, It's a very nice hotel. Honestly, I loved it. It's a great location to walk in downtown salt lake city 👌😀 Staff was friendly and helpful.

I came to Metropolitan Inn because Motel 6 did not honor my reservation. Motel 6 left me and my family on the street at 1am looking for a hotel, even though my stay was paid in advance 2 weeks before. I found Metropolitan Inn nearby and the receptionist was very kind and polite and provided a room for us to spend the night. The next day I booked 2 weeks though Booking.com and we had a very good time. The hotel is located near everything of interest in SLC, train station, trax, bus, restaurants, attractions, etc. The price was good and the staff was amazing always willing to help.

I repeat 3 times staying in this hotel by booking thru agoda and booking.com. the reason we stay three times because we have event in salt lake city. We stay for a night before check in our sponsored hotel. Then when the event finish, we check in again another night before start our road trip. And one night for thurs time before fly back to my country. My comment: All facilities good. Coffee maker not so clean. Room was ok and clean. Bed comfy n big. Anyway i like this hotel because worth service and value for money

Mommy

Everything is in walking distance or you find the Trax train near by. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay..both were quite comfortable and they have optlions depending what your tastes or budget allow. Laundry facilities on grounds and the staff seem to anticipate your needs and are so friendly with any questions you may have. I plan to stay here again on my next visit to SLC...for an Inn/hotel..a true diamond in the ruff.
